Scrum Master & Product Owner Foundation – English

Scrum Master & Product Owner Foundation – English

Our Scrum training is based on the current Scrum Guide by Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber. The courses follow the official curriculum of ITEMO, an association of independent experts; our trainer guides and training materials are accredited accordingly. Our courses and the certification exams from both providers can be booked in German or English.

Our long-time Scrum experts teach you the roles (master, product owner, developer) and associated tasks as well as the procedures (sprint, backlog) of Scrum in a practice-oriented manner, in small groups with a friendly atmosphere.

During the Scrum Master and Product Owner training, you will be thoroughly introduced to the agile project management method Scrum and learn all relevant fundamentals and contents. Within just two days, you will not only learn about the role of the Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner, but also how to effectively implement these roles in your team. Our training includes both theoretical and practical aspects, allowing you to apply the acquired knowledge directly in practice.

You will learn:

  • how to design efficient meetings and workflows
  • motivate your team
  • achieve high productivity.

The training also covers the basics of sprint planning, agile estimation, and continuous improvement, so that you can implement successful agile project management. In addition, the training provides practical experience in developing and prioritizing the product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering value to customers. Our experienced trainers ensure that you have all the necessary knowledge for your success. As a certified Scrum Master & Product Owner, you not only have a valuable qualification, but also a deeper understanding of agile methods and practices. This will help you increase the effectiveness and efficiency of your team and respond more quickly to changes in the project.
